1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and 711jl ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 711jl website, mobile application, games, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the 711jl platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered members and visitors.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 711jl.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the 711jl platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. 711jl strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21.

• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 711jl or by any regulatory authority with jurisdiction over online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not have been previously suspended or permanently banned from the 711jl platform for any reason.

711jl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 711jl services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active account on 711jl. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.
• Accurate information: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
• KYC verification: 711jl may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, or voter's ID).

711jl reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4 Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on 711jl are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The platform supports the following deposit methods for Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at the platform's discretion.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned, less any applicable processing fees.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 711jl account balance in real time for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be reflected in your account.
• 711jl does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 711jl accepts no responsibility.
• Deposited funds are held in your 711jl account balance and may be used to place wagers on any available game. Deposited funds that have not been wagered may be withdrawn subject to the withdrawal conditions set out in Section 5.

711jl reserves the right to reverse or void any deposit that is found to have been made fraudulently, through unauthorized use of a payment account, or in violation of these Terms.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on 711jl are subject to the following conditions:

• You must have completed the applicable KYC verification process before your first withdrawal request will be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your verified 711jl account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within one (1) business day.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated to you through the platform.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Please refer to the specific bonus terms applicable to each promotion.
• 711jl reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks before processing any withdrawal. During such checks, the withdrawal may be temporarily placed on hold. You will be notified if additional documentation is required.

In the event that a withdrawal is found to have been requested in connection with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms, 711jl reserves the right to withhold the withdrawal, suspend the account, and report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

711jl may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 711jl reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer will specify an applicable wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Attempting to abuse bonus structures — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• 711jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of any dispute regarding bonus eligibility or wagering requirements, the decision of 711jl shall be final and binding.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the 711jl platform — including Go Rush, Rave Party Fever, Queen of Bounty, Crazy 777, Butterfly Blossom, and Ice Hockey — use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are genuinely random and not subject to manipulation by 711jl or any third party.

• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is independently audited and published on the platform. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term average return and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.
• All wagers placed on 711jl are final once confirmed. 711jl does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed wagers, except in cases of a verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a game round, 711jl reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing wagers. 711jl accepts no liability for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 711jl platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the platform while subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to 711jl immediately.
• Colluding with other players or with 711jl staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software or game code.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or platform security measures.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 711jl staff or other users.

9 Responsible Gaming

711jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, limits can be decreased immediately but increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to help manage time spent on the platform.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no new accounts may be registered.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 711jl platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of 711jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from 711jl.
• Use any 711jl trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Create derivative works based on any platform content.
• Use platform content for any commercial purpose whatsoever.

Any unauthorized use of 711jl intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by 711jl.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 711jl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gaming outcomes, whether or not the player believes the outcome was incorrect.
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on the platform, including RTP data, game descriptions, or promotional materials.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 711jl makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any of its services.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

711jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful to other users or to 711jl staff.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring the suspension or closure of the account.

Upon termination of an account for reasons other than fraud or breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, less any applicable fees. Balances associated with accounts terminated due to fraud or Terms violations may be forfeited.

You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting 711jl customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

13 Privacy

711jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

711jl is committed to protecting your personal information and complying with applicable data privacy laws in the Philippines, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). We will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

711jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the 711jl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 711jl platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 711jl from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
